AWS Startup School Series - Build and Maximize the Value of your Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

January 4, 2024
Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is the goal of any startup when creating a new product or service, and testing it in a small market. MVP is meant to carry only those features which would be required to validate against market reaction. It also represents the prototype that meets customer needs while still being early in development and expected to grow later. Founders are often confused on what’s needed in a MVP vs. what can be left out. If the MVP is poorly built, it would fail to attract even those early adopters and receive lackluster feedback. But if a MVP is too elaborate and takes too long to build, the founders are risking time and labor on an unproven product.

In this session, we will discuss what framework to decide the features in a MVP, and what are the tools that makes building an MVP as efficient as possible.
